Bumblebee (Aeva)

Fuck everything. This place pretty much sucked ass. She was forced to do everything she didn't want to do, and if she wanted to do it, she was told no. She was never right, always wrong, and she had made zero friends. Ok, the friends part, was her fault, but everything else was bullshit. She was now forced to wear the uniform, as it was school policy or some shit, but she still wore her mothers cloak.

She hadn't taken it off since their death, and she didn't want to stop now because of some stupid rule. The worst part of it all, she was getting a roommate. One she was told didn't even speak English. Perfect. Miranda sat in the common room. It was gloomy, and dark, and it didn't help her depressed mood.

She hated Hogwarts, and felt nobody understood her. Which fucking sucked. Miranda was sure if somebody came up to her, she would punch them in the face. She just missed her mom. She missed America. She missed Salem. She missed her dad too of course, but she was closer to her mom. She felt that she had a deeper connection with her mom, and could talk to her about anything. She accidentally let a tear escape down her cheek. She hoped nobody saw. And if they noticed, she would probably fucking kick them.

Miranda sat and looked at the fire. She hoped this year would get better. If it didn't, she didn't know how it could get worse.

Aeva practically dragged her backpack into the common room. Whose idea was it to have all these books anyways? She was already tired of class and it was only her first day. She planned to sit in one of the chairs that looked oh so soft by the fire until she saw some other girl her age there. Not wanting to talk to anyone or make friends, she figured she'd just turn around and go to the lake or even to her dorm.

After a long day or walking the school searching for her classes, her bed sounded so good. After all, she heard there were only two girls in her dorm anyways, maybe she'd fall asleep before the other girl went up there. Hoping she wasn't spotted, for fear she'd have to try and talk in English, she went to her dorm and set her crap beside her bed. She braided her air and got into pajamas.

She thought about how much she disliked her mother as she crawled under her blankets. Even more so, she absolutely hated her father. She missed Maddy, her sister and she longed for Christophe, her boyfriend of three years, to hold her and kiss her. She even missed his punishments for when she was bad.

As soon as she grabbed the book on learning English she'd been reading from the desk beside her bed, the door opened. She wasn't expecting her dorm mate to show this early. Didn't she have friends to hang out with or some shit? Maybe there was a curfew or something. She quickly began reciting in er head some simple English phrases she'd picked up throughout the day. She didn't feel like having a conversation tonight, couldn't this girl go sleep somewhere else?

After not really fucking accomplishing much, Miranda made her way to the dorm room to sleep for the night. Her new roommate was supposed to a arrive. Apparently they thought maybe this would help her transition into the new environment by giving her a fucking roommate who was also a transfer. Miranda rolled her eyes at their stupidity. She smiled because they where wrong.

The only thing that would help her mood, was her parents. And they where fucking dead. She made it to her room and saw that the foreign chick had arrived. Fucking brilliant... But just because she didn't agree with their punishment, didn't mean that she had to hate the poor girl like she hated everybody else. After all, maybe this girl was in the same situation she was in. Coming her because she was forced.

Miranda sat on her bed, and ran her fingers threw her short hair. She said, "Hi. I'm Miranda. Your roommate. I would say welcome, but your not... So.. Sorry to DISAPOINT."

Damn she was harsh. But, the truth hurt. That was one of the few lessons she had learned I.n this place. Miranda layed down hoping that the girl wouldn't continue on with the conversation. It was painful enough as it is... Trying to be nice to people. She decided to get a book out. She had bought it as a joke. On one of her trips to the village down the hill. It was called "Brittish terms for dummies."she was going to use some of those insults against her Brittish enemies.  She laughed at one, "wanker." Meaning idiot. That one would come in handy, as most of the students here were wankers.

Maybe she and this new girl could call everybody wankers together. It would be the start of the transfer revolt! She only hoped this one was fucking decent.

The girl from the common room came busting through the door. Aeva put down her book and hoped she could understand and communicate with this girl. It was obvious that from the first words the girl spoke that they would either get along great or be enemies because this girl was a total douche. "Zere's no need to be rude. 'S clear neither of us vish to be here. " It was true. She didn't want to be here. She despised Hogwarts.

It surprised her, the fact she understood some English and returned a remark. Aeva watched as the girl hunkered down with a book, maybe an English book. She was quiet for awhile before she laughed. Aeva didn't know or care about what was funny, so she took out her cat, the one she'd recieved for her birthday about three years ago, and started petting her. Before long, she curled up and began purring. She began to pick up her book again and hoped this bitch would come at her again.

"I'm Aeva. And I'm sure if we both veren't under circumstances that made us angry it'd be a pleasure to meet you." she directed towards the girl who'd said she was Miranda.
