| Cece had braved a visit to Azkaban, the terrifying place, all for the sake of her father’s sanity. And what did she get? A half sister. She knew her father had always been full of surprises, but this? It was mad, and she could hardly believe it. Not only did she have a sister, but the sister was eleven! Eleven and the blonde had never met the girl before! Even though her father had known for years! After hearing it, she had stormed away from his cell without a glance back and gone home. But a few hours being unable to sleep in her apartment had left her a lot of time to think.
A sister, who she should have met as soon as she was born. Well, that was impossible, since she hadn’t been in contact with her father yet, but she should have known before now! A sister, who she should have been there to help, care for, fight with and love. That was what sisters did, but she had never known how that felt, because she had never been informed that she had a bloody sister!
Now, she planned on making up for everything by being the best sister ever. That started with finding and sending a letter to Anastasia, a halfblood just like her living with her muggle mother. And brilliantly enough, she was just about to start Hogwarts! So Cece had offered to take her shopping for school supplies, since it would be easier than her clueless muggle mother going instead. There were only a few days left before the Hogwarts term started so she had to hurry and do this, before she backed out like a coward or before it was too late.
She had arranged to meet her sister outside the ice-cream parlour so they could grab some before they went round doing all that shopping stuff. And she had managed to get hold of plenty of money with her own little ways, so she could treat Anastasia, because god knew she owed it to her, after all these years. Dressed in her usual sort of way, she left her apartment to walk down to Diagon Alley. Unsurprisingly, it was packed, so she had to wrestle her way through the crowds to get to her destination.
A small girl stood outside, and Cece could see instantly her resemblance to her father. This was her. “Anastasia!” she called excitedly, hurrying over to give her a big squishy hug.

| A sister! It was probably the most awesomest thing ever! Anya was excited and nervous all at the same time! Cecelia had even offered to take her shopping for school supplies! Her mother was a little worried, but that didn't really matter. This was Anya's sister! They were to meet at an ice cream parlour at a place where she could get her magical stuff.
Magical stuff. That sounded fun to say! She heard somebody call her name. Her real name. Anastasia. What a horrible name. Why did her mother think of that? Anya was wayyy prettier. Apparently, her mother had watched a movie called Anastasia, and loved it. So, therefore, Anastasia she was named.
She looked at the girl who was calling her and smiled a cheeky smile. This was pretty much the greatest day ever! A sister and ice cream all in one day! She opened her arms and hugged the strange girl. But she wasn't strange! It was her sister! She asked, "What are we gonna do first!? Oh! By the way, I go by Anya!"
She was busy looking around at everything. There was a shop with owls outside, another shop with cauldron's piled high, and another with books in it! It all seemed so interesting and fun and she just wanted to learn it all! She almost wanted to skip the ice cream...just almost. |

| Aw, she was so adorable, with her chubby little cheeks and super excited face! Cece couldn’t keep the huge beam off her face - not that she’d want to hide the fact that she was so happy, enjoying her SISTER’S company! This was going to be a brilliant day, and she was determined to make sure that both her and Anastasia enjoyed themselves lots. She was practically bouncing up and down as she hugged Anastasia. She pulled away after a couple of seconds. It was a bit depressing, that this eleven year-old was nearly as tall as her, but she would get over it. Because the eleven year-old was her sister.
“Ice-cream?” she suggested. “Then we go and get your stuff, wand and books and whatnot.” Oh, Anya! “I like Anya better,” she smiled, with a little wink. “I’ll remember to call you that. Oh, and I’m Cece, not Celia. I don’t know what my- our dad told you.” It was still weird, sharing her dad, when she had been brought up under the false belief that she was an only child, on both sides of her family.
Alright, they’d better get going! “Ice-cream!” she said enthusiastically and started to weave her way through crowds to the entrance to the shop, pulling Anya’s sleeve as she went. There wasn’t a queue so she led the way to the counter. “What would you like?” she asked. “Go for something creative!” Trying to follow her own advice, her eyes skimmed the list of flavours. “Pumpkin pasty and firewhiskey please!” It wasn’t TECHNICALLY alcohol, after all, and what did it matter if her sister saw her sort of drinking anyway?

| This sister thing was cool! She hadnt even had lunch yet and she was already feeding her ice cream! She waved goodbye to her mum and said they'd meet back here in a few hours! CeCe. Not Cecelia. That was one thing they had in common. They both had rediculously long names so went by a nickname. She smiled to herself hoping she didn't look weird doing so.
Her dad hadn't told her much. Just that she had a sister. He had written letters to her back and forth, and the last letter was the one she was told about a sister. Her mum had been sad, but got over it quickly when her sister herself wrote back. It was like Christmas in July! It was so much all at once she hasn't slept at all that night she found out. But either way she was excited!
A wand! She would get her very own wand! She wondered what ceces looked like. She asked, " do you have a wand!?" She sure hopes so. Anya wanted the same exact one as CeCe! She wondered what books she would need, and what other supplies. The letter had said she could bring an owl, cat, or toad. Owls where useless but a cat would be cool! She already had a name picked out! She asked, " do you have an animal to bring!?" There where so many questions that needed to be answered!
Fire whiskey? What was fire whiskey? It was this new word she had never heard of! It was enchanting! So, to be cool like her sister, she said, " I'll have the same please!" She hoped that was ok. She wanted to learn everything she could about CeCe. They where SISTERS after all! She looked at CeCe to see her reaction to ordering the same thing she had ordered. Was it ok that she did? |
