[Important] Study Group Members

General Rules

As you know, every classroom needs to have rules. Here are the ones that should be strictly followed in Study Group. There aren't many, but they are helpful nonetheless. Also, every first year should try to attend at least a meeting to better their grades and gain points for their house.
 

• If you are a first year, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you join the study group.
  
• Please keep in mind that offensive language will not be tolerated.
  
• Please act your age.
  
• If you have a certain spell you want to learn, contact one of the Student Professors and work out a thread with them.
  
• If you want practice time for yourself, feel free to use our Study classrooms to experiment!
  
• There will be no practicing of dark magic.
  
• If you are a Hogwarts Professor and want to use these bigger classrooms for your class, feel free to do so.
  

 
 

Reasons to join?

Sometimes we think it's strange to be in a study group, but there are many perks that come with joining. Here are some of the following reasons it would be a good choice for you.

• Gaining points for your House.
  -Because we are a student-run group, we can't award points. However, professors can. Selene Vega has agreed to be our "Score Keeper", if you wish to call it that, and take a walk around the meetings and award points to those who show improvement, or who try their best in learning these spells.
  
• Gaining Galleons.
  -Student Professors will earn a salary of 25 galleons per month. This will be added automatically by Wade Malfoy. Because some of best students will be graduating soon, time to replace them will come, and if you qualify as a Student Professor, I will personally contact you and ask you to join us.
  
• Practice makes Perfect.
  -As younger students, we all had trouble with some spells, so it's understandable that most of the newcomers will have trouble with them too. Because of this, we provide you with a safe place where you don't lose points for getting a spell or potion wrong. In our classrooms, everything is safe even if it explodes.
  
• Free Practice Rooms
  -We know that sometimes you want to experiment, create your own spells or potions maybe, so we're agreeing to let you use this place for your discoveries.
  
• Older Professors Are Available
  -Because we know that sometimes it's hard for a professor to answer questions in class, some of them can help you here. They can answer questions about a certain spell or potion, help you better you grade in their class even.
  

How to Join?

There's really not an application, or registration list. All you need is a desire to learn and some free time. When we have our first meeting, join is you're interested in that lesson!
