| Announcement From the Library To whom it may concern, As you may all have noticed, water has been flooding the whole place. This incident is to be investigated by the Hogwarts Staff and Professors only. Any disturbances on the said place will be considered as destroying the evidences we have. Therefore, all students are banned on entering the Library premises. Giving of Researches and Homework by the Professors that are going to need the books inside the library have been forbidden. This will prevent any student from entering the premises and having an excuse of 'researching'. Any questions concerning this new implemented rule can be addressed to your professors.
