(POR: It's spring)

It was Jace's to maintain the pumpkin patch that Hagrid had left for Hogwarts.. [i]Ah, Hagrid. He and Jace used to be pretty good friends, Hagrid was always a dangerous guy, like Jace.. The pumpkin patch was now weak, pumpkins weren't growing so well. "Not to worry." he said to himself. From his coat, he took out a phial of some weird green potion with vines coming out from the phial hole and wrapping the phial. Jace held it from the round tips at the bottom. Kneeling down to the weakest-looking pumpkin, and poured the potion to its root. Nothing. "Oh well.. something will come up, unless the herbology professor has failed me.

Jace was exhausted from walking from his hut to the owlery, especially carrying a large bucket of owl feed. Finally reaching the last step to the owlery, he entered. The smell of parchment and dripped ink and owl poop stinked the place. Jace comforted himself and stepped in where almost all owls were and none have left. Taking his wand out, he pointed at the owl droppings and vanished them. This got done in just a few minutes. But as he did so, the owls were biting his clothes, the large bucket had been closed so the owls can't get the food which made them mad. "Just a second, there." he said to the owl. Walking to the bucket, he slowly opened it, and now the owls were eager. The owls flew rapidly to the bucket and ate.

They ate their food and rested as Jace headed back to his hut. He had just been groundkeeper of hogwarts for a week, but he sure did like. Now, what would he do about the garden gnome infestion in the vegetable patch...
