| Aoife had decided that she liked London, but now she had changed her mind. First of all, no fields, no sheep, no open space. AND there were people everywhere she looked, and it was super hard to move anywhere because of all the people blocking her way, either standing there and looking at Christmas displays in shop windows or pushing in the opposite direction and hindering her progress. It was very annoying. After a while of trying to deal with the people, her brother's wife dragged her into a huge shop which sold perfume and other makeup. Silly woman.
After a few minutes, she couldn't cope with the smell or the boredom anymore. So despite hating the streets of London, she told Belle she would meet her in the little cafe they'd just passed up the road and practically sprinted out of the shop. Where she was, unsurprisingly, met with more people. How did all these city-dwellers cope with this everyday? Why didn't they all move to the Irish countryside? Well, then the Irish countryside would be like a city, she supposed.
And to her dismay, it had also started raining. At least it would be less stuffy. Oh well. Aoife tried to get to the cafe, the best she could, but she did end up standing squashed up against the window. And then she saw a familiar face. That older girl. The one... the one Hunter was in love with! The redhead couldn't remember what her name was, though. "Hello!" she grinned awkwardly. | |
