Lesson Two

Ashton saw two hands that rose in the air. He decided to go with the boy since the Slytherin girl already had her chance. "Yes, Mr. Parker?"

"Yes, Mr. Parker?" Professor Clark said. Keith could literally hear his heart beating at this point. "Would it be the Quidditch Pitch, sir?" He asked, in hope that he was correct.

"Would it be the Quidditch Pitch, sir?" the boy asked. "Excellent answer Mr. Parker. Three points for Gryffindor." Ashton announced.

He turned off the projector and turned on the lights to make the room brighter. Suddenly, the bell rang, indicating the end of their lesson.

"This is the end of our lesson, History of Hogwarts. All of you will have a homework concerning the next lesson. Please keep an eye on my announcement. You may all go," he said. He fixed all his things and headed back to his room.

"Excellent answer Mr. Parker. Three points for Gryffindor." Professor Clark answered. Keith smiled, happy he was able to gain some points for his House before class ended. Professor Clark turned off the projector and flipped on the lights, the light suddenly getting bright. Keith covered his eyes for a second, waiting for them to adjust to sudden brightness change. The bell then rang. "This is the end of our lesson, History of Hogwarts. All of you will have a homework concerning the next lesson. Please keep an eye on my announcement. You may all go," Professor Clark announced, and with that, the students began to collect their books and other items. Keith picked up his own items, and walked out of the room.

After Keith answered the final question, Professor Clark announced the end of the game and of the lesson. Despite having won some points for his House, James couldn't help feeling somewhat mad to have let Slytherin take the lead in the House Cup. Once he had gathered his belongings and put them back into his schoolbag, he headed for the door, alongside his housemates and the others.

Professor Clark announced the end of the game, and even though Wade had gotten distracted and not paid attention to some of the questions, Slytherin was still lead, which made him smile.
"Great Job my dear Slytherins!" Wade told all of them, but glanced directly at Ella, meeting her gaze, and smiling at her.
"Good job Ella." he said a bit more silently.
They all started packing up their books and materials, and Wade waited for Lucy so that they could both walk to their next class.
