| Full Name: Carrie Maria Asher Age: 38 Position: Hogwarts Librarian Education: Hogwarts Qualifications: Carrie really likes books and is very careful with them. She would hate for a book to be damaged, even with just slightly creased pages. Also, she is generally very friendly and good with people, especially children and young people. Activity: I don’t know...quite active? I’m on as often as I can be. Carrie was happy in her nice librarian chair at the front of the room. She was reading a muggle book by John Green, but often glancing around the room to ensure everyone was happy and there were no problems anywhere and to smile at the cute little first years. They reminded her a lot of Jess, just because they were little and cute. The library was quite busy, probably because of the unpleasant weather outside. It was pouring down with rain outside. When a younger boy came up to return a book, she beamed at him. “Good morning, dear!” she said happily, but not too loudly. She knew the rules of the library. Be quiet or people are disturbed. After a quick conversation about the book he was getting out, she said goodbye to him and returned to Looking for Alaska. It was a good book, but sad. Carrie was a big John Green fan. The day flew by quickly, reading and helping students take out and return books. She knew she was going to enjoy this job, it was really ideal. While it was only Monday, the week was going along so much faster than before. It was only four days until she saw Jess, and suddenly that didn’t seem like such a long, unbearable time. |
